POWER WORLD always supply the best service to the customer .we has developed “Service Control Procedures” by strictly following the requirements of ISO9000 International Quality System, and also provide customers with the services satisfying their needs most as set forth under the contract and the technical specifications. Also we are the first company to supply .
In the Quality Control Manual, it is explicitly stipulated that “cordial services should be offered before, during and after sales; any conduct infringing user’s interest should be prohibited”, and specific service measures are also specified. Also we are the first company to supply the service.
1. After-sale services are under the charge of the Repair Service department, who is responsible for the organization and control of after-sale services, and also supports heavy repair and emergency servicing of the products sold by POWERWORLD in China’s market. General repair services are dealt with by POWERWORLD’s repair service offices around the country.
2. Service principles: (1) proactive home services; (2) active response to users’ useful suggestions;
3. Users’ calls and mails should be responded promptly; due consideration should be given to users’ interests all the time.
4. After-sale service provider: POWERWORLD has set up repair service offices in each region of China. General repair problems are directly solved by such offices. Service hotline: 0755-33663333 , 0755-33850780 for 24 hours every day and we can arrived in 2 hours for Shenzhen’ customers. Within the warranty period, any problem occurring in normal use shall be solved freely. After the expiration of the warranty period, POWERWORLD shall provide periodic maintenance, and any trouble occurring in normal use shall be solved with spare part cost, travel fee and little repair fee being charged.
6. Scope of after-sale service：
a. 1-year or 1,000-hour use period (subject to the earlier one);
b. Operating instructions and maintenance manuals of products shall be provided;
c. Spare parts and accessories shall be available at POWERWORLD all the time. Within the use period, any defective part caused by quality problem shall be repaired freely. After the expiration of the use period, spare parts shall be provided at cost price;
d. powerworld shall assist the user in maintenance within the specified use period;
e. Updated product use and improvement information shall be provided to the user promptly;
f. Products shall be commissioned freely;
g. Machine room noise reduction scheme shall be designed freely for the user;
h. Control systems shall be upgraded freely for the user.
Powerworld employs direct distribution mode for product sales, and conducts sales according to international practices and rules. Up to now, POWERWORLD has established more than 20 business and service offices throughout China. Our sales staff is highly regarded in the industry as experienced engineers in the electrical field. We will help find the proper generator and do so in a manner that will save time and money. For powerworld’s products, cordial and considerate services shall be provided by both the Service Center in powerworld’s HQ and powerworld’s service offices.
